About you
- Proven experience working on projects of value between $5m and $15m;
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated commitment to work as an effective and positive team member;
- You will have experience working on commercial projects as a Project Manager; and
- We are seeking individuals who genuinely have an interest in relocating to the Northern Territory.
About the role
- Manage resources and schedules;
- Supervise and perform quality assessments on project estimates;
- Provide leadership in time, cost, quality, communications, and project scope;
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services;
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs; and
- Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate them to stakeholders.
