Office Administration

Remmy is seeking a dynamic individual to join our friendly office team. This position involves various administrative duties and is available for an immediate start. The successful candidate will initially work 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

·        Costing of participant’s funds

·        Maintaining registers and records

·        Preparation of payroll and invoices

·        Assisting in the continuous improvement of systems

Requirements:

·        Strong aptitude for working with figures

·        Exceptional attention to detail

·        NDIS Worker Screening Check

Skills and Experience:

·        One to two years experience in accounting invoices and wages

·        Experience with Excel VBA coding (Macro development)

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and handling figures

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

·        Highly organised with excellent time management abilities

·        Ability to work autonomously at times with little direction

·        Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment

·        Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
