Form of workHEO 9 $123,881.00 - $132,534.00 per annum plus employer contribution of 17% superannuation.
Fixed Term full time position for 24 months.
Working under broad direction this position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex building projects up to the value of $15 million with an annual Financial Investment Plan (FIP) budget ranging between $30M - $70M annually.

Composed of three organisational portfolios, the branch delivers investment in facilities development and service provision across University campuses.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in project management in the delivery of diverse projects within the building and construction arena throughout entire project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contemporary project management skills in design management, contract administration and constructability in the management of complex services and building projects utilising different procurement models.
- Demonstrated Stakeholder Management experience in diverse organisations
- Demonstrated commitment to a customer service culture
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive matters at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate matters relating to contract disputes with consultants and contractors and display effective problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of the relevant construction legislation (including regulations and codes)
