Project Manager And Ba – It Consulting Organisation

Cloud Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our team.

The role is responsible for:

• Project Management – set meetings, manage action lists, create and manage project plans, liaise with customers; to ensure projects are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
• Maintaining Current Operations Board for projects and work requests, including resource allocation; and invoicing customers;
• Assist in the preparation of customer proposals and RFQ;
• User testing and preparation of user guides for power platform apps;
• Business analyst tasks within M365 environment– investigate current business processes, and detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that our projects and operations run smoothly and that the solutions we provide a match to our customers’ requirements and expectations.

The role is based in Melbourne.

EXPERIENCE

Persons fulfilling this role will have a minimum of 5-8 years related experience working within an IT or services business environment.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong customer relationship-building skills. Able to quickly develop relationships and credibility with clients at all levels and maintain those relationships for the duration of the project lifecycle.
• Experience with delivering M365 projects – eg migration to M365 exchange, SharePoint Intranet projects, migration of data to M365 environment.
• Able to make decisions such as requirement prioritisation, scope, and assessing the viability of solutions.
• Able to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received.
• Able to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings.
• Strong commitment, enthusiasm and drive with the ability to work through conflicting pressures and priorities.
• Demonstrates good commercial acumen.
