Project Manager - Building Projects
Perth Radiological Clinic is one of the largest independent radiology and medical imaging practices in Australia. Boasting a 75-year history, 20 clinics across Perth and 2 new clinics set to open in the second half of 2024, we are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Projects to join us at our Osborne Park office.
We offer a complete and integrated range of services to the people of Western Australia located across community, public and private hospital-based locations. The Project Manager – Building Projects, will be responsible for leading the planning and procurement of new PRC clinics and expansion of existing clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to business objectives. The Project Manager- Building Projects will also develop procurement budgets, from tender pricing and undertake subcontractor and supplier procurement, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and comply with occupational health and safety responsibilities.
What do you need to be considered?
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the successful delivery of multiple new site builds and business/clinic expansions on time and to budget.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong influential and negotiation skills with various internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability in contract delivery management including financial, and risk/OSH management, and the adherence to quality assurance, industry standards and regulations
- Demonstrated experience with occupational health and safety legislation and relevant regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver through a team
- Detailed orientated and solution driven with a high level of commitment to quality outcomes
- A post graduate qualification in project management or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desirable.
