An exciting 3-month opportunity now exists for a Project Manager within the Customer Strategy, Insight and Experience (CSIE) team in the Customer Experience group. The CSIE team is responsible for improving customer and user experience in various channels and touch-points with South East Water and the Project Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the delivery of exciting and varied priority business & technology change projects, with a focus on working with a third party to develop the Enterprise Customer Strategy and Roadmap.
Who are you?In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates should ideally possess the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years+ project management experience, leading business and technology projects in a cross-functional style organisation in a customer focused and regulated environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Program Management/Priority Delivery techniques from investment metrics, methodologies, frameworks, oversight and governance
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral communication, powerpoint) skills with proven success in influencing business decisions and creating key messaging
- Proven experience in program and project performance reporting and contributing to improving processes, standards, templates
- Experience influencing change with an understanding of how information and technology contribute to business performance
- Knowledge and understanding of project delivery methodologies including PMBOK, Prince 2, PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma, Human Centered Design and agile methodologies.
- Proven working knowledge to guide others in project management, risk management, change management, business analysis, benefit analysis or
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Relevant degree (preferably business with an understanding of customers and technology)
