The Position:
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a spectrum of Environmental Remediation, as well as Waste/Liquid Management projects, contributing to our legacy of delivering top-tier solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from meticulous planning and design to efficient resource Management and comprehensive reporting. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Orchestrating all facets of project delivery, encompassing Spill Response, Stormwater Network Maintenance, and PFAS material removal, with a focus on meticulous scheduling, cost control, and remediation plan development.
- Collaborating with Environmental Scientists to devise Environmental Management Plans tailored to diverse spill scenarios and client specifications.
- Leading the establishment of localized treatment facilities for spoil fixation and reuse, demonstrating innovation in Waste Management practices.
- Managing contractual relationships and commercial negotiations both internally and on behalf of our clients.
- Conducting on-site inspections and providing proactive oversight to ensure project integrity and compliance.
- Facilitating seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders and project teams.
- Engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment on project objectives.
- Contributing to tender preparation and proposal development to secure future projects.
- Exercising autonomy and initiative while delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
- Proactively identifying project risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Upholding compliance with legislative requirements and client protocols.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
About you:
We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction management, or engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management. Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and client engagement is essential, along with a track record of managing complex projects with finesse.
