We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our high performing Asia Pacific team. In  collaboration with the central SAP teams based in Paris, this role provides critical support to our internal customers, especially in Australia on our customised SAP Logistics modules (CS/PM/SD) and SAP FSM (Field Service Management)  and their roll-out across businesses in the APAC region and New Zealand.

Reporting directly to the SAP Asia Pacific Satellite Manager, the successful candidate will be employed by J&P Richardson Industries Pty Ltd (JPR) on a full-time basis based in Wacol, a Vinci Energies Australian company.

What you’ll do:

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Take the lead in project deployment activities (design, implementation, test phases, change management, training, and coordination).
• Drive the analysis of users’ business needs and implement appropriate solutions to enrich and improve our processes and solutions.
• Manage the customizing part of the different solutions (SAP, FSM & integration suite)

What you’ll bring: 

• Proven understanding of project delivery and project management methodology;
• Proven project management experience in the implementation of Logistics modules (CS/PM/SD) and SAP FSM (Field Service Management) and IT solutions deployment; 
• Building and maintaining strong client/stakeholder relationships; 
• Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation;
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and re-prioritise accordingly;
• Ability to take an active role in risk management, helping solve current and potential problems.;
• Demonstrated results-oriented mindset in delivering projects on time and within budget, 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Displays a high level of professional integrity, ethics and sense of service.

Education & Experience (Requisite):

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the project management of IT solutions deployment;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP / Information Systems;
• Flexible to travel around Australia and throughout Asia; and
• High level of proficiency in English and in French, written and verbal.
• Degree / Masters qualified with a specialisation in ERP, Information Technology, Finance, Controlling, Logistics & Supply Chain management;
