Leading multi building services contractor that work on major projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, education and defence sectors.
Working on major projects for tier 1 mechanical contractors for the delivery of the Mechanical Electrical package.
Position
Reporting into the divisional manager / director you will be accountable for delivery of multiple projects at anyone time for the mech elec package. You will work closely with the client, and both subcontractors and internal electricians for successful delivery. Your role will also be accountable for;
- Setting program of works
- Procurement; labour and materials
- Site logistics and coordination
- Clash detection and mitigation
- Overseeing leading hands, supervisors and trades
- Client management
- Commercial management
To be successful you will have either worked in a similar role previous for a mech elec contractor or you will have worked as a supervisor, site manager or leading hand looking to step up to the next level in your career.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following;
- Excellent working knowledge of Mechanical Electrical
- Switchboard knowledge
- Large site experience
- Clash detection and mitigation strategies
- Excellent working understanding of Australian standards
- Security - CCTV and access control experience (not essential)
