An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Project Manager to make a meaningful impact with a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector. As a Project Manager with this organisation, the individual will be at the forefront of managing compressed projects, ranging in durations of 2-4 weeks assignments, covering essential areas like roofs, drains, roads, and more. They will oversee a team covering a large number of projects, with two PMs reporting directly to them, facilitating seamless coordination and collaboration.

Your new role 

• Leading the management of compressed projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, including roofs, drains, roads, and other critical infrastructure.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources effectively and optimise project efficiency.
• Providing guidance and support to a team of two PMs, facilitating their professional development and success.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives, driving alignment and consensus.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in handling compressed projects with tight timelines and high stakes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is desirable.
