Smart Urban Properties Australia (SUPA) is a growing company in the Property Industry providing a unique offering covering Security Solutions & Smart Home Solutions (SUPA Tech), Essential Energy Services (SUPA Energy) and Fibre Networks (SUPA Networks) for new builds and existing properties. The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager in NSW to manage the end-to-end delivery of Supa Energy projects through the implementation phase. Our goal is to find the right person with a positive attitude to progress with us as we move into a new and exciting stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the projects adhere to budget and time frame guidelines and are implemented with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure clear understanding of project objectives, requirements & scope and document appropriately.
- Continually assist in implementing a technology capability and framework that will support the efficient and successful delivery of projects to the business.
- Coordinate and prioritise project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
- Request quotations for procurement of equipment & services.
- Track, measure, evaluate and report on vendor / contractors’ performance.
- Liaise with various stakeholders during the implementation phase, including developers, builders, services engineers, electricians & plumbers.
- Attend site meetings with builders, services engineers, electricians, developers and clearly articulate the implementation process and project plan.
- Agree and communicate timelines with developers, services engineers, builders and electricians for implementation of electrical meters, equipment and installation of the parent meter (MSB).
- Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and through communication.
You Possess
- An ability to lead and manage professional staff, contractors and teams.
- Experience with project management methodology
- Ability to meet tight schedules and cost targets without compromising customer requirements.
- Above all, you need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.
