About the Role:
Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple projects concurrently in Sutherland, NSW.
Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking, serving as the primary liaison for project communications among cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will ensure financial control, compliance with company policies and standards, and provide technical guidance to the project team. Managing resources, ensuring timely project completion within budget, and identifying process improvements are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, overseeing project documentation, site activities, and collaborating with sales teams for tender responses are key responsibilities. Strong emphasis on safety protocols and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ideally you will have 2-5 years of project management experience, specifically in external building projects for clients, with a blend of on-site and office-based work.
- Expertise in water and wastewater treatment
- Project experience in Qld or NSW
- Advanced comprehension of water infrastructure systems encompassing treatment facilities, pipelines, and distribution networks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Australian standards and regulations pertinent to water infrastructure endeavors.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project experience (Essential)
- Autocad and Electrical Connect/Disconnect (Highly Regarded)
