They specialise in the operation and management of high-profile Hotels & Estates and offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes acquisitions, development planning, refurbishment delivery, and project management.
The Role
The Project Manager's key responsibilities includes managing and overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The PM will be expected to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities, particularly focusing on development planning and refurbishment. Furthermore, they will contribute to the acquisition and development process through market analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
The role's purpose is to support the delivery and refurbishments of acquisitions, encompassing responsibilities such as cost planning, contract administration, project coordination, and end-to-end management of projects.
This includes programming—knowledge and experience with design and construction programming, identifying milestones and critical paths—as well as knowledge and experience with budgets, cost planning, and cost reporting. Conducting regular check-ins with stakeholders and project reports are also part of the role, requiring strong Excel and Microsoft project skills.
Required Attributes
- The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- They should be able demonstrate solid experience of 7+ years in project management.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to think creatively and innovate in problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team are essential qualities.
Additionally, the candidate must be highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and able to adapt to changing priorities. A commitment to continuous learning and an embrace of an entrepreneurial culture that values innovation and thinking differently are also crucial.
