Project Manager (Wa)

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Perth!

The opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a desire to learn, develop and progress in our industry, a confident communicator with the ability to manage both the private and public sector clients.
Working across the full project lifecycle from concept to completion; include client liaison, managing and developing client briefs, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.

Our highly successful Perth office provides innovative solutions to a broad range of industry sectors, they are seeking a Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing projects $20M+ in capital value within; Residential, Hotel, Retail, Office, Education Commercial or Mixed-use.
About you:

• Demonstrated experience in Residential, Hotel, Retail, Office, Education Commercial or Mixed-use beneficial (not essential)
• 3-5 years’ experience in client-side project management, within a consultancy or working as a contractor
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, property economics, commerce or similar
• Strong understanding in managing construction contracts, contract administration
• Consultative with exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with the potential to forge positive relationships
• A strong business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
• Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member
