A rare opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work with a market leading developer.

The Responsibilities
- Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes
- Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
- Tender assessment, and value management to achieve budgets
- Purchaser/client/tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery
- Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants
- Monitor and implement detailed programmes for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction
- Cost control and cash flow management
- Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner
- Actively build strong relationships & clear communication with key stakeholders
Ideal Skills/Experience
- Up to 7 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction costs & building estimation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience, managing a team of Project Managers and contract administrators
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Contract management & strong negotiation skills
- Experience in residential (medium-density) projects is desirable
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
