Overview:

We're seeking a proactive Project Officer to join aFederal Government Agency to establish and manage their Hypercare function.This role involves overseeing account management processes, ticket inquiries,allocation and guiding teams towards solutions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the Hypercare function, ensuring adherence to processes. Handle ticket inquiries and allocate it efficiently. Address process challenges related to ticket volume and categorization. Navigate agile unpredictability and emphasize categorization within projects. Lead workgroups and support team expansion efforts. Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders and IT systems.

Qualifications:

IT Project Officer experience. Familiarity with ticketing systems and allocation processes. Proven project management experience, preferably in digital processes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
