Job Description
- Fixed Term contract until October 2024
- Join a leading Medical College
The primary purpose of this position is to develop online learning resources aimed at supporting RACP members' professionalism and life-long learning. Your main responsibilities include
- Write and edit high quality educational content for online learning resources
- Conduct research, industry scans and literature reviews to inform content creation
- Manage the content production process and the wider resource development schedule
- Work with committees, working groups and other Fellows
- Collaborate with staff on joint projects
- Assist in editing and peer reviewing content
- Report on project ideas, progress and outcomes
- Work with the Digital Learning team during the 'build phase' of the online learning resources
- Work with a video production team on the production of multimedia
- Identify gaps and out-of-date content in educational resources and create new or updated content
- Review process to improve and streamline content development
What You Bring

- Tertiary qualification or experience working in a relevant field (communications, adult education, medical education, e-learning, health)
- Experience writing content for an online learning environment or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed analytical and information literacy skills
- Proven ability to interact and establish good working relationships with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
