Working closely with the Corporate Services Executive Manager, the Project Officer will support a variety of projects within the Corporate Services team, including project managing DropIN Solutions projects.
DropIN Solutions is WACOSS’ social enterprise committed to providing 360-degree marketing expertise, professional graphic design and website development solutions tailored to the needs and budgets of community service organisations and government funded non for profit organisations.

WACOSS are looking for a highly motivated Project Officer all-rounder who will have relevant skills and experience preferably within a community services sector setting. The successful candidate will have highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, advanced IT and database management skills, intermediate knowledge of contemporary graphic and web design, great attention to detail, financial astuteness, stakeholder engagement skills, and a can-do attitude.
WACOSS offers a flexible work environment and in a central location with excellent work conditions and generous leave provisions. This role is available on a full time, fixed term contract basis until June 2025. As a Level 3 role, the salary range is $77,317 - $97,831.06 plus 11% super.
