Kubota are currently in the process of replacing our Finance system, this project role opportunity will support the team implementing the new system.
Your new role will see you:
- Develop user acceptance testing scenarios and schedule and complete user acceptance testing, recording and escalating issues for remediation. Oversee remediation (as required)
- Assist in the maintenance of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, particularly with users and SME’s at appropriate project stages
- Record and manage project risks and issues and escalate appropriately
- Review specification documents and provide feedback
- Provide or facilitate system training to users, including providing input to the development of training collateral/ guides
- Provide support for change management activity, particularly in relation to communications and user adoption actions

Your resume will include (selection criteria):
- Tertiary (degree) qualification in Business/ Financial Services
- Experience in a project support roles including user acceptance testing for a large/ complex internal project, preferably regarding a finance solution
- Background includes hands on experience in financial services position/s
- Business analysis/ system analysis skills, with requirements gathering and scope definition particularly important
- Exposure to project methodologies and project coordination (desirable)
- Experience in the facilitation of user training
- Strong organisational skills
- Well developed general administrative skills
- Demonstrated resultsfocus and customer centric approach
- Highly developed communication skills including proven reporting capability
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The role is offered on a contract basis, up to but not exceeding two years.
