Eden Ritchie is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Project Officer – Implementation to play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering specialised work packages and projects within a complex health environment.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health, and safety policies, and procedures.
- Support and coordinate the delivery of specialised work packages and projects, ensuring solutions are responsive to customer needs and sustainable.
- Develop and assist with project management documentation, including formal project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Monitor work package activities against agreed criteria.
- Monitor resource allocation within work packages against project forecasts.
- Support risk and issue identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Maintain program/project files in accordance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist with compiling project management reports and other administrative tasks.
- Utilise appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and management of expectations.
- Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
Key Competencies and SuitabilityYou will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a project environment, including risk management and coordinating work package delivery.
- Program/Project Information: Ability to compile and maintain program/project files and prepare management reports and governance committee minutes.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and the ability to provide advice on techniques and tools.
- Communication Skills: Proven effective oral and written communication skills, collaborative working, and strategic influencing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities and timeframes.
Qualifications and Requirements- Relevant professional qualifications (such as ITIL or PRINCE2) would be well regarded.
- Experience in Project Management software (e.g., PPM).
