Details: The Project Support Officer will work closely with the SDD Services Renewal Program Team to support the implementation of key outcomes of a group-wide review. The Project Support Officer will provide high level administrative, communication and coordination support to the Program Team leading the outcomes of the review. The role is suited to someone with a can-do attitude who contributes to a positive workplace culture and enjoys achieving results.

The Project Support Officer will use strong written and verbal communication skills to develop procedures, documentation, and communication materials. The Project Support Officer will utilise strong organisational and coordination skills to provide secretariat support to an established Reference Group. The Project Support Officer will create documentation in variable formats and effectively use a number of tools including Microsoft Visio and the full Microsoft Office suite.

The role requires a self-motivated, detail orientated person with strong time management and organisational skills and attention to detail, who can work under pressure and achieve deadlines in an environment with competing priorities.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the Possibility of Permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
