About the role
- Prepare variance reports to support project and engineering management decision making;
- Provide project administration support to the Project;
- Provide support to the delivery of project reviews and meetings including gathering presentation material and minute recording;
- Coordinate the closure of project actions;
- Coordinate the project onboarding and induction activities;
- Provide project clerical support to the Program Manager as required;
- Coordinate project meetings for both the internal team and external stakeholders
Skills and experience
- Have excellent analytical and communication skills;
- High levels of coordination skills and time management skills
- Have some knowledge of project management, financial forecasting and scheduling;
- Have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- ideally have some experience using MS Project;
- Be eligible to gain and/or hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance
- Must be an Australian citizen
