AddressWe are currently looking for Project Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be working in a Maritime Project Supporting Defence Specialist Ships, undertaking a variety of support tasks including general administration and coordination for the project team.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Manage project documentation
- Inputs into project schedules, finance and controls
- Build relationships with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports as directed
- Minor procurement and purchasing
- Contract management tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
What sort of skills do I need?
- Experience in a CASG or Maritime project environment
- Experience in an administrative role
- High level attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a NV1 government security clearance or higher
