Project Support Officer

An exciting opportunity exists to become a Project Support Officer for the RMH Redevelopment Projects (Arden Hospital and Parkville Western Building) and Strategic Service Planning.
The successful applicant will work closely with the three Directors – Project Director Arden, Project Director Parkville and Director Service Planning. The key projects they will be involved in include;

• Strategic planning of clinical services across the organisation
• RMH Arden Hospital Project
• Parkville Redevelopment Project including demolition of Material's Handling Building and the new Western Building
• Other relevant capital works projects

The Project Support Officer will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all Arden User Groups (RMH and Partnership Groups) in collaboration with the Victorian Health Building Authority and Project Consultants.
• Coordinating all Materials Handling Building and Western Building User Groups in collaboration with the Victorian Health Building Authority and Project Consultants.
• Coordinating stakeholder groups and providing administrative support for the development of the Strategic Clinical Service.
• Document management and version control of internal project documents.
• Providing administration support to the Directors and broader redevelopment team as required.
• Ensuring office processes are coordinated, efficient and robust.

The successful applicant will ideally have an administrative/Project Support background in a health care setting. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-directed in managing their workload with excellent organisational and time management skills.
