Project/Cost Accountant

THe successful candidate will be expected to:

* Ability to create, manage and maintain all new and existing Project Management Reports (PMR) internally and externally for all stakeholders.
* Work with the business line managers to prepare monthly management report's including profitability analysis, business plans, budgets, forecasts and Capex
* Provide variance analysis at month end on project financials and analyse estimates and forecast costs to ensure they are accurate and will be maintained within target.
* Assist project planning define and maintain detailed work breakdown structures and periodically perform estimate to complete in collaboration with the project team.
* Analyse cost of production to understand margin movements and work with the business line to further develop the management and control of cost.
* Collaborate in the preparation of variation order requests / claims and relevant follow-up, assisting the Project Manager in the evaluation of changes
