The primary role of this position is to support both the day-to-day project delivery (internal and external projects) and business development by providing exceptional service to existing and prospective clients, and by effectively engaging with stakeholders from across the sector.

Key deliverables of the role:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities for multiple projects (including client support, development of project materials, contracting and scheduling)
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that project objectives and deliverables are met within the agreed timeframe, scope and budget constraints
  • Ongoing, high-level data entry and report preparation, including for PAIS, MSF and other CFEP products as required
  • Development and maintenance of relevant databases to support research and business development (e.g.resource library, Endnote and publications register, etc).
  • Support CFEP Surveys General Manager as required including administrative, research and writing (e.g.Conference abstracts)

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a coordination role (health, education or similar) including familiarity with project coordination (project scheduling, working collaboratively across project teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage competing high-level priorities
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration including using the Microsoft suite (including Outlook,Excel, PowerPoint and Word), and online video conferencing
  • Understanding of health care, primary care, accreditation and quality improvement processes in health and/or community services is desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, Data Analytics, or similar
  • Research and/or project coordination in the health sector will be highly regarded
