The Position.
This is an exciting opportunity for an A-Grade Electrician or Engineer, preferably with some exposure to power electronics, to join a committed service team to launch their career in the Power electronics industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for elbourne and surrounding regions including installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining of new and existing equipment predominantly in Victoria, however occasional travel elsewhere in Australia may be necessary.
The Person.
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Electricians or Engineers with or willing to obtain a restricted electrical license, who have a high degree of self-motivation, and are ready for a role that will extend their ability. The successful candidate will be one of the faces of Thycon in Melbourne, so excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Qualifications and Experience.
A Grade Electrician's Licence, OR
Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering qualifications (must have or be willing to obtain a restricted electrical license)
Excellent customer support skills.

A large part of our work in VIC is on Defence sites. As such, the successful applicant must be able to be cleared for a Defence Common Access Clearance (DCAC). Requirements for this include being an Australian Citizen and obtaining a National Police Check.
