The Opportunity: Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following:  Monthly reporting on an individual property basis Financial statement preparation for properties

Year-end reporting Budgeting and forecasting Investigation of cost variances at an asset level Weekly cash-flow forecasts Monthly bank reconciliations About you:This opportunity will suit someone who is an existing Property Accountant or a Management or Financial Accountant within a property/strata company.
