Full-time Property Administration Officer
Starting ASAP until 31 December 2025 (with the possibility of extension)

The School has a vibrant Boarding, Education, Cultural and Sporting program that operates year-round and across our two campuses.
TSS’s Property Team comprises of our Grounds, Maintenance, Security and Facilities teams who all work closely together to create a safe environment for our students, their families, and our staff to operate across and within. Our School is immensely proud of the work that they do in support of our School community.
We are now seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. This role will report to the Property Manager and support the Property Team by providing strong process and attention to detail focused administrative support services as well as assisting with workplace health and safety and risk management obligations. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm.
Key responsibilities associated with this role include:
- Assist the Property Manager in researching and advising in relation to relevant legislation, technical and other guidance material which relates to workplace health and safety and property operations.
- Ensure all property records are current and meet the departments and School’s requirements under various acts and legislation such as fire, electrical testing, plant maintenance, etc.
- Maintaining the database for all plant and equipment to ensure preventative and scheduled maintenance is completed as per maintenance schedules and legislative and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and process and prepare invoices for payment.
- Induct and monitor contractors on site and direct them to the work locations as appropriate.
- Liaise with maintenance, grounds staff and contractors and provide administrative support where required or appropriate.
- Assist with any activities or projects occurring across the School as required or directed.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with several key internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be able to multi-task and deploy very strong (advanced) organisational and administrative skills. Administrative experience in schools-based property management/maintenance or property development industry is advantageous but not essential. Must be advanced in the use of excel and be able to quickly adapt to internal systems.
