The role:
We are looking to recruit for a Property Administration Officer to support our Asset Management Services (AMS) team in the day-to-day management of the client portfolios.
You will primarily be responsible for ensuring administration of property management functions are done accurately and will utilize your ability to building relationships to exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Coding and processing of invoices.
- Inspection of properties and readying them for presentation.
- Support Property Managers with their monthly client reporting.
- Attend internal department meetings as well as external meetings where necessary.
- Maintain the on-site contractor sign-in register.
- Assist some properties with contractor support including work orders and arrangement of routine service and repair call outs
- Liaise with the wider AMS team to ensure financial matters are being processed.
Who are we looking for?
- Confident with data management processes, chasing down the details, and finding solutions when things come up.
- A minimum of 1 year experience within the property industry (desirable)
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of competency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain key stakeholder relationships.
