We are on the lookout for Property Administrators in Port Hedland for a major mining client. Temp 3-6 month position. This is NOT a FIFO role. Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Approx 3-6 months Pay Rate: $42ph + Super depending on experience
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the execution of quality timely causal property inspections ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and policies regarding property access and documentation of communication and expectations to tenants
Accountable for raising maintenance requests for issues identified through adhoc/routine inspections
Update relevant systems with property condition information and status
Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
Preferred Experience:
Tenant facing property management or real estate inspections
Exposure to the Residential Tenancies Act and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance within role is highly regarded
Understanding and prioritising activities within scope
Computer literacy and proficiency with property management software
Customer service skills
Time Management
Attention to Detail
