Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- provide day to day support and assistance to the Property Team
- welcome VIPs and visitors to the building
- assist with the delivery of onboarding and orientation of new starters including building tours
- support staff with interviews, meeting room requests, setups and catering
- regularly conduct building surveys to identify items that require attention
- provide advice to internal and external stakeholders
- deliver a high standard of client service.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance
