As a Property Concierge, you will be the face of our property and building management business, playing a crucial role in supporting our wider team and ensuring the smooth operation of our onsite management reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests as they arrive at our office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the property or building management team
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Support the wider business as required
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling site/contractor access via visitor logs etc
- Follow up security breaches using onsite security footage and access card software
- Program access cards for apartments and amenity access
- Book and manage amenity reservations for residents
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Maintain building management software with accurate data
- Ad hoc office and building management tasks as required
- Already hold, or be willing to obtain, the necessary Real Estate registration with the Office of Fair Trading
