Join Dayget (Daylesford Getaways), the premier accommodation booking service in the region, overseeing more than 150 self-contained Holiday Rentals in Daylesford and the Macedon Ranges. We are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring they can relax and rejuvenate in impeccably maintained properties.
We are currently in search of a dynamic Property Coordinator to become an integral part of our Daylesford-based team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our diverse portfolio of properties, collaborating closely with our team of contract cleaners, maintenance contractors, and office personnel.
As the Property Coordinator, you will not only work closely with existing cleaners to maintain Dayget's standards but will also take charge of recruiting new cleaners when necessary. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including cleaners, property owners, maintenance contractors, and the office team, will be paramount to ensuring all properties meet the required standards.
A typical week in this role may involve conducting property inspections to ensure standards are consistently met, liaising with cleaners, contractors, and property owners to address cleanliness issues and coordinate property maintenance, preparing cleanliness and maintenance reports for properties, recruiting and inducting new cleaners and developing or updating policies and procedures.
We are seeking a proactive candidate with a genuine dedication to guest service and an unwavering attention to detail. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, individuals with backgrounds in real estate property management or similar fields are also encouraged to apply. The ability to establish strong working relationships and rapport with stakeholders, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. The position will be based in our Daylesford office, requiring regular property inspections in Daylesford and the surrounding areas, so a current driver’s license and personal transport are necessary.
The role will initially commence as part-time (30 hours per week) Mon - Fri, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on future business requirements.
If this opportunity resonates with you, we invite you to share your resume and a cover letter outlining how your skills align with the requirements of this position. We look forward to hearing from you.
