Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Service Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team at Cranbourne West. This role will involve efficiently managing the service team, coordinating installations, and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, and repairs to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Assign tasks to the service team and provide necessary guidance to ensure timely project completion.

- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service schedules and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, invoices, and customer information.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the machine tool or related industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including the MS Office suite and scheduling software.
