As the Property Facilities and Compliance Coordinator, you will manage the maintenance, compliance and facilities related to the commercial office assets and the leased, owned and sublet retail assets as required within the Viva Energy network
You'll also:
- Manage, compile and track all compliance requirements under the Head and Sub Leases -
- Work closely to build relationships with Landlord and Subtenants so they understand compliance expectations, and also where to escalate maintenance concerns
- Escalate & track reactive and planned maintenance issues which arise under Head and Subleases with relevant parties
- Assist Property Managers with property inspections, log, escalate and manage through to completion, issues found during inspections
- End to end management of office compliance and maintenance activities across all office and commercial properties
- Manage all retail site compliance - keep Smartsheets updated (and any new systems that are implemented), instruct contractors as required, ensure works are closed out and reports are filed where required
- Manage any Landlord site works, ensuring internal stakeholders are aware of the scope of work, any safety concerns are addressed, and works are scheduled through the retail communications system
- Assist with facilities management activities across our corporate office locations
**this role can be Melbourne (Docklands) or Adelaide (Kensington) based
About you and your skillsYou'll have experience managing trades and coordinating maintenance and capital works in a similar fast paced environment.
You'll also have:
- Financial acumen and demonstrated experience developing budgets and managing costs to budget
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong systems knowledge and relevant tertiary qualifications
