An exciting opportunity is now available for a Training and Compliance Coordinator, based with our team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. This role plays a vital role in the functioning of the Security Services team with priorities including inducting, training, and up-skilling team members in all functions whilst ensuring competency and consistency across standards and processes. The research, development, implementation, facilitation and ongoing review of Security Services training, instructional documentation and its compliance is integral to the success of the Security Services Team.
This position ensures a safe and secure environment for all RAH Facility users 24 hours, 7 days a week via the implementation and delivery of suitable Training and Compliance program and efficient roster management. A commitment to striving for best industry practice and Zero Harm outcomes is essential.
A key responsibility is ensuring relationships with all stakeholders are undertaken professionally and responsibly, to inspire confidence in the programs and advice offered, and facilitate a culture of compliance and high performance within the Security Team.
