The Property team represents a diverse clientele including institutional and local property landlords and developers. As a Property Law Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's busy team, demonstrating enthusiasm and a solid understanding of conveyancing and leasing processes in corporate settings.The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 1yr experience as a legal secretary in Property Law.
- Strong file management skills.
- Experience with billing platforms.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events, with excellent diary management skills.
- Proficiency in mail merging, formatting documents, and handling client enquiries professionally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
