Property Management Assistant & Reception

We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing team, undertaking a variety of administrative and support activities. 

To be successful you need:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
• Data entry speed and accuracy, intermediate computer literacy
• To work effectively without direct management, yet welcome structure and supervision as needed
• To be a committed and reliable team member
• Ability to multi task, manage and prioritise your time
• A genuine interest in Property Management
• A reliable car and drivers licence
• Confidence in dealing with challenging situations
• To be helpful, friendly and have a proactive attitude
• To be well presented and demonstrate professionalism 
• To be a “People” person, and enjoy speaking to customers “face to face” and over the phone

As a Property Management Assistant, your day will include but not be limited to:

• Providing full administration support
• Assist property managers with their daily tasks
• Quality assurance of our documents and database management
• Assisting with reception and portfolio management as required
• Being committed  & disciplined to undertake formal study to qualify as a property manager within 12 months.
