Are you a Property Manager who loves our industry but no longer wanting to manage a portfolio OR someone with the below skills looking to get into the industry who is prepared to learn all things Property Management.
NOW Leasing NT are looking for a committed and dedicated person to join our team in the role of Property Managers Assistant. In this role you will work closely with a single Property Manager as a team & who you will support in the following areas.
- Schedule and conduct routine inspections of our managed property.
- Carry out entry condition reports before a new tenancy commences.
- Conduct a thorough vacate inspection when a tenant is vacating.
- Show property to potential new tenants and process applications.
- Letting process after approved applicant is accepted
- Audits on various aspects of the Portfolio on a regular basis
- Various administrational tasks as required
About you
- You must want to work in our industry and a fast-paced office
- Must possess a committed and responsible outlook toward work
- You must be driven to learn and succeed
- Be solution focused and be able to problem solve on the run
- Have a passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Be able to manage your own appointment scheduling and calendar
- Work autonomously without supervision
- Be super organized with the ability to work unsupervised
- A sense of urgency
- Desire and ability to work in a small team and support other team members
- Be tech savvy and be able to embrace change within our industry
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
Must Haves
- Current NT Driver’s license
- An acute attention to detail
- Hold a current Agent's Representative License or be willing to complete the studies required to obtain the qualifications in a short period of time.
This will be a full-time role without the responsibility of managing a portfolio of property.
