WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in residential and commercial property management.
This position is a permanent full-time role which assists the residential and commercial Property Managers.
Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Drafting contract documentation for leases
- Assisting Property Managers with ingoing & outgoing inspections and reports
- Processing requests for maintenance and repairs on properties with the assistance of the Property Manager
- Arranging periodic property inspections as required for the Property Manager
- Organising inspections for vacant properties when required
- Other adhoc duties (ie.: filing and scanning documents)
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the below:
- A highly motivated self-starter who can function effectively as part of a team as well as individually
- Have a positive can-do and proactive attitude
- An effective communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask, manage and prioritise your time
- A genuine interest in property management
- Have adequate level of computer skills
- Relevant working experience and knowledge of property management systems are favourable
