As part of our Property Management Team, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for providing great customer service and the desire to exceed expectations.
A Property Management Officer working alongside the Property Management Team at LJ Hooker Mackay | Moranbah | Dysart will be provided the opportunity to gain all the Property Management experience to sustain a lasting career in Property Management.
About the Role:
- Working with our Property Management team to assist clients and consumer needs within the Bowen Basin
- Conduct inspections on vacant properties and complete the leasing process
- Carrying out Entry Condition Reports
- Conducting Exit Condition Reports and co-ordinate the vacate process to bond reconciliation
- Completing Routine Inspection Reports
- Work with the Growth Team to look for new opportunities in the area
- Key co-ordination
- Assisting with maintenance of properties
- Assist the Property Management Team with administrational roles as directed
- Work in with the team to ensure that the Portfolio is effectively managed with the Customer Experience at the forefront of the mind
What do you need?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be results orientated
- Have a professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Have a high level of personal presentation
- An ability to problem solve and use initiative and common sense
- Be willing to obtain your Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Drivers licence
Training will be provided throughout all stages of the role, and new responsibilities will be introduced at the role progresses.
