Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a sizeable rent roll, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high occupancy rates
- Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and vendors
- Routine, entry, exit inspections with reports to vendors
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the team to achieve organisational objectives
- Proven experience in property management, preferably with a large rent roll
- In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environment
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (QLD)
- Competitive remuneration: A salary package of up to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation. Option for a lower salary with company car and fuel card
