ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has a passion for learning & growth. This is a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills within the Property Management industry, surrounded by a friendly, encouraging and supportive team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our experienced team to learn all areas of Property Management and assist in the day-to-day running of the department including (but not limited to):
- Coordinating maintenance
- Routine Inspections
- Conducting open home inspections
- Database management
- Assisting with ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Processing applications
- Lease preparation
- Other administrative duties including greeting clients, answering the phone, filing etc
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
As this is a traineeship, no previous experience is essential . You will be provided with thorough on the job training and supported by a team with over 25 years combined experience. It is expected that you will complete all study requirements of your traineeship on time to allow you to fulfil all requirements of this role. You will need to be honest, reliable, have a strong work ethic and overall enthusiastic, along with the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills and dialogue
- Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Be passionate about committing to ongoing coaching and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
