The Position:
We present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our new office and expanding team. As a proactive Property Manager, you will oversee a medium size folio and play a pivotal role from day one. In this position you will gain broad exposure to all areas of property management whilst being rewarded for your hard work.
- Handling agency administration and property management tasks
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Contract preparation
- Maintaining accurate communication records
- Assist the team with the day to day duties
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coordinate and facilitate inspections
- Maintain up to date maintenance records
- Provide excellent communication to all clients

About You
- Current Certificate of Registration or Full Licence
- Property Management experience
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Driven and passionate about building a career within the real estate industry.
