This immaculate portfolio of 270 properties will be supported by a full-time leasing consultant, trust accountant and an administrator. You will also have the additional guidance of a very hands-on Director and General Manager to ensure you can confidently manage this portfolio or trouble shoot any complex situations.

- Manage all routine, in/outgoing inspections
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Approval of applications
- Prepare for and attend NCAT
- Handle repairs and maintenance issues
- Day to day liaison with Landlords and Tenants
- Manage bond and insurance claims
- Experience managing a portfolio on your own
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and valid drivers Licence
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Knowledge of PropertyMe desirable
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
