What will you be doing in this role:

Take on a growing portfolio of 100 residential properties where you will manage the day to day of the portfolio along with converting new business leads to further grow the portfolio. The role has the scope to grow into a leadership role in the future.

• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections 
• Arrears management
• Approval of application forms with the Landlord
• Oversee maintenance requests
• Project manage any minor renovations
• Bond and insurance claims
• NCAT preparation and attendance
• Convert sales leads to new business appraisals
• Onboard new managements

What will the right candidate have for this job:

• Experience managing a portfolio and an assistant
• Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
• A current real estate licence
• A reliable car and a drivers licence
• A good knowledge of the North Shore and its amenities
• Professional presentation
• Confident communication and problem solving skills
• The ability to work in a paperless office
