Now as a proud McGrath Agency, we are looking for the right person to help manage our southside portfolio. Because our head office is in North Lakes, you will be WORKING FROM HOME.
What will the job entail?
You will be working closely with our Senior Property Manager to provide exceptional service to our southside portfolio. Duties will include routine inspections, lease renewals, compliance, and leasing duties.
Who will suit this position?
Because you will be working from home, you will need at least one year's experience in Property Management. This would suit an assistant Property Manager who wants to advance in their career. It would even suit an experienced Portfolio Manager who wants to take a step back and enjoy a better work/life balance.
What are the pre-requisites?
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Drivers licence
- Resident of Brisbane southside / Logan / Ipswich
