We’re on the search for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. Our property management division has seen remarkable organic growth solely through word of mouth. While we’re certainly experiencing an exciting phase of expansion, we prioritise growth alongside the right clients and properties. Quality always comes before quantity for us.

In this role, we're reshaping property management by placing meticulous attention to detail and unmatched care for the homes entrusted to us at the forefront.

In this role:
You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of a small, but growing portfolio of residential properties. This position will be based in our office at 5 Annand Street in the CBD. You will be well supported by an experienced Department Manager and Owner.
• Manage a growing portfolio of properties
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
• Conduct thorough ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
• Implement strategies to effectively manage and minimise rental arrears
• Handle leasing and re-leasing activities for properties
• Collaborate with our business owners to expand our portfolio by attracting like-minded owners and tenants
• Assist in the daily operations of the office
The Person:
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
• Experience in property management
• Real Estate qualification is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An outstanding knack to forward think and get things done
• Well-presented and the ability to create a positive impression in all interactions with staff, service providers and clients.
• Good sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Realworks, the REIQ, and Property Management specific platforms.
• An ease in pivoting directions where required, and prioritising effectively
• Be able to respond quickly to solve problems, when they arise
• A keen eye for detail, be highly organised and autonomous
• A truly collaborative spirit – someone who oozes a can-do attitude and is a team player
