Our client is looking for a stand out Property Manager to start working in a well-established and passionate team of almost 30 staff with one of the most well-respected names in the business.
The Role:
- Managing a well-maintained portfolio of 185 residential properties (mostly local to the office)
- Leasing and administrative support and the guidance of a helpful team leader
- Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
- Opportunity to work 1 day per week from home upon meeting KPIs
- Salary up to $90,000
- Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PropertyTree, InspectionExpress & Ignite is highly desirable but not required
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
